girl you rock 2024 will take place in San Antonio, TX at the rock san antonio. the address is 8235 Vicar Dr. San Antonio, Texas, 78218.
WILL PARKING BE AVAILABLE?
There is free parking on our campus. Our parking lot team will be on-site to assist with parking guidance.
WILL CHILDCARE BE PROVIDED?
no, childcare will not be provided. If your child requires a seat, you will have to purchase a ticket for them.
IS THERE A SPECIAL HOTEL RATE FOR GYR weekend?
Check back soon for special hotel rates & recommendations. You can also take advantage of our hotel block and rates by visiting our VENUE & HOTELS page on this site.
IS REGISTRATION REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE?
Registration cannot be refunded. However, you may contact us at info@girlyourock.com to transfer your registration to another individual up to 7 days before the conference.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR ANY OF MY CONFERENCE MERCHANDISE?
Conference merchandise is non-refundable.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD/BEVERAGES?
No food or drink is allowed in the main sanctuary during the event.
MAY I RECORD or livestream the sessions?
Personal video recording and/or live streaming is not allowed throughout the GYR Conference.
